Cancellations and Refunds

Limited edition prints are custom-made to order, so once the order has gone to print they are no longer refundable unless we have made an error.

With the previous information in mind, if you do wish to cancel once you have made a purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will happily make a refund if the order has not gone to print.

Once you have received your limited edition print, if you are unhappy with the purchase, for example, if we have made an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss any issues and resolve things as best we can.

Currently there are no other standard shop purchases. If this changes, the terms relating to those purchases will be updated here.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver custom-made prints within 10 working days. For countries outside of Europe, delivery may take up to 20 days. As each print is custom-ordered they take a little longer to prepare. We’ll dispatch your order as soon as it is ready and email you to confirm it’s on its way.

Shipping has been calculated at Royal Mail based on the size and weight of a single print – either large letter or small parcel size.

Delivery is only possible to valid addresses, unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Duties, tax and Service Charges

Please note that if your delivery address is not within the UK, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery services charges, which are levied once a parcel reaches your country. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information so you are aware of what will be required. Cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities.
